An event that showcases the excellence of Italian taste:
Food excellence from Castelmagno, Franciacorta, Veneto, Salento, Trentino, Sardinia, Emilia Romagna, Calabria and agricultural production of snails, rice, honey, fruit and vegetables, chestnuts, dehydrated fruit, beer.
Saranno inoltre disponibili degustazioni di polenta con brasato e gorgonzola.Grande spazio al principe della tavola “The Truffle” and of course all its derivatives (fondues, Truffle sauces, butter etc), serving suggestions and wine tours

Sabato alle ore 16.00 simulation of the truffle is made by truffle Hunter dog … (during the course of the exhibition, staff helpful with any info about the world of truffles, with images, publications and explanations regarding).

– Exhibitors who have not only Truffles, contain some truffle products and its derivatives
– For complete show will be recorded for other typical regional food products
– Furthermore, for the same reason of completion will introduce some exhibitors
