From 19 Al 22 May returns to Monfalcone ”magical land flavors” with the gastronomic fair that will liven up the city center (da via Battisti a via S. Ambrogio) food stalls, show cooking and shows.
The ball will open on Thursday 19 May at 17.00 the presentation of the book ”Tiramisu: history, interpretations of the most loved Italian dessert” by Clara and Gigi Padovani in the Contemporary Art Gallery in Piazza Cavour. And the Gallery will always host at 18.00 the exceptional event of ”opening” of the event, with guest Antonino Cannavacciuolo, multi-starred chef known as host of the Italian version of Nightmare Kitchens, owner of the Villa Crespi restaurant and awarded with 2 place Michelin, 3 forks from the Gambero Rosso guide e 3 hats in the L'Espresso guide. At 21.00 exhibition of Daniele Stallone Band, in Piazza della Repubblica.

Friday 20 May starts at 17.00 with musical entertainment with Gabriele D'Alonzo, which will be followed by the cocktail and finger food show cooking of the Ial. At 19.30 the book is presented ”Bisiachi at the stove” by the group ”You're from Monfalcone if…”, while in the evening music in Piazza della Repubblica with the concert of 360°.

Saturday 21 Another well-known face from TV recipes will arrive in Monfalcone in May, Davide Mengacci, that give 9.00 at 16.30 will be connected from Monfalcone with the Rete4 television program ”Italian recipes”, conducted together with Angelo Bonsignore and Michela Coppa. Two episodes of the program will be recorded, that a promotional film will also be made on the tourist attractions of the area.

After the usual show cooking of 18.00 with musical accompaniment by George's Angel, Saturday evening will instead be dedicated to joy ”local” with the comedy duo SdrinduleDino Bronzi in ”Laughter galore… Friuli vs Trieste’‘, in Piazza della Repubblica at 19.00, with a grand finale of Brazilian music ”Block of Joy” at 21.00.

Sunday 22 by 9.00 then everyone goes for a walk on the Carso with the march ”The ways of the sumac’‘, which this year has been included in the national Fiasp calendar and already has members from outside the region. As always, there will be time to register on Sunday morning, in the starting and finishing positions in Piazza Cavour. And in the afternoon, everyone to refresh themselves with the traditional and eagerly awaited cake competition”Sweet flavors”. The delivery of desserts is scheduled at 16.30, and the awards ceremony will take place after the show cooking, at 17.30. The event concluded at 20.30 Zippo dj in Piazza della Repubblica.
To complete the offer, a dozen food stands with cuisines from, among others, Brazil, Serbia, Austria, Spain, Argentina and Mexico, as well as an area dedicated to fish, to desserts and craft beers. There is also space for children with the Brucomela carousel in the square.
